gains water attacks in this third stage.

Attacks - Electric Sand Storm, Lightning Ground, Electric Sand Balls (possible
5 hit attack), Thunder Storm, Electric Rain, and Water/Electric/Sand Canon.
Special Attack - Electric Sand Grain attack (Electric sand covers the attacked
pokemon and is hardened with water, if gotten in the eyes it confuses the
pokemon and drains energy from it because of the pain from the constant
shock
in the eyes(acts as poison does but confuses pokemon as well).
Cost -NOT FOR SALE You have to buy the Sand Stone and evolve a PikaSlash
into it.
